SPANISH FOR THE WORLD
DIPLOMADO DE ESPAÑOL COMO LENGUA EXTRANJERA
El Programa Español para el Mundo de la Universidad de Caldas, es un programa de aprendizaje de la lengua española, diseñado para estudiantes internacionales interesados en comunicarse en este idioma. Desde el departamento de Lingüística y Literatura Español para el Mundo ofrece la oportunidad de lograr un dominio del idioma dentro de un contexto comunicativo que les permita alcanzar un nivel de la lengua española eficiente y eficaz.
El programa de Español para extranjeros busca contribuir al mejoramiento de los procesos de enseñanza aprendizaje del español como LE y como L2 en la Universidad de Caldas y fuera de ella, en Colombia y en el mundo.
The Spanish for the World Program at Caldas University is a Spanish Language Learning program designed for international students interested in communicating in Spanish. To position the Spanish learning process as a foreign language and as a second language, in order to allow the development of the communicative skills.
CURSOS BÁSICOS NIVELATORIOS PARA LOS ESTUDIANTES DE LA UNIVERSIDAD CON MOVILIDAD ACADÉMICA
The program is designed in 5 modules divided into 20 levels. Additionally, we offer open conversation courses, academic writing, culture, literature and improvement of the language; summer courses, Spanish for specific purposes, individual and group sessions.
Each sublevel has a duration of 40 hours.
Spanish courses will start according to demand from candidates; therefore, if only one student registers, he will be granted a teacher, a schedule and a classroom.
THE SCHEDULES COULD BE:
Intensive: Monday to Friday | From 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 m.
Semi-Intensive: Monday to Friday | From 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 m. or from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Cost: Individual and group courses with less than 5 students: $1.580.000 COP for each 40-hour sublevel. (Validity 2021)
Groups between 5 and 10 students: $1.000.000 COP each one. (Validity 2022)
Placement test: Participants in Spanish for the World must take a placement test before starting their classes in order to establish their proficiency level when they have had previous knowledge of Spanish.
